RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer refunds. In exceptional cases where a refund is considered, it will be issued strictly in the form of store credit, which may be used for future purchases from our store.
 

 

All our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, and therefore cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order has been processed.
 

 

In the unlikely event of damage during shipping, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. A clear, continuous, and non-edited unboxing video showing the complete package being opened is mandatory. Upon verification, store credit may be issued at our discretion, depending on the nature of the damage.
